Neovia Philippines made its first participation as a major sponsor in Livestock and Aquaculture Philippine Expo 2017 for a three-day expo last May 24-26, 2017 at SMX Convention Centre, Pasay City.
This premier event gives an opportunity to Neovia to cater its 4 brands which also allows the company to create brand awareness especially in Luzon for the brands such as Evialis and Ultrapak for livestock, and Ocialis and BernAqua for aquaculture. Over 1,341 combined number of attendees locally and internationally registered in Neovia booth (735 for livestock and 606 for aquaculture booth).
Additionally, educating and sharing new knowledges and ideas were also one of the main objectives of this three-day expo as Technical Seminars for both livestock and aquaculture were also held. Aurelie Auvrey, MSc Animal Production France – Technical Support in Swine, represents Neovia PH as she gave a presentation during the day 2 of the event about piglet nutrition entitled “Specific Piglets’ Diet for Better Performance” which was attended by many key players from various sectors.
Part of the major sponsorship for this event was to held a product launching which gives an opportunity to Neovia to introduce one of its aquaculture product – Ocialis Milkfish.
Over 120 participants from different parts of the country and few international delegates were gathered in this launching. Mr. Lorenzo Mapua, Genaral Manager of Neovia Philippines, delivered a brief introduction about the company’s products and activities. This was followed by a presentation regarding the Neovia Global and Asia Aquaculture Activity for both Ocialis and BernAqua through Mr. Florian Renault, Aquaculture Export Manager for Neovia Asia. He also detailed the specification and approach for each Aquaculture products.
Livestock and Aquaculture Philippine Expo 2017, organized by UBM Philippines and supported by Department of Agriculture was considered as the biggest exposition in the country for international livestock nutrition, health and production, meat, and aquaculture industry. It attracts more than 9,300 delegates both from local and international organizations from various key players including integrators, veterinarians, livestock farmers, feed millers, wholesalers, retailers, slaughterhouse operators, food processors, importers, distributors and other industry stakeholders.
